Welcome to Rosie's ice cream parlour. Come along and enjoy one with many other treats on one of our balconies, perched over the banks of the River Eden with stunning views of the river in the market town of Appleby.
Rosies Ice Cream Parlour and Licensed Coffee Shop can be found built into the bridge that spans the River Eden running through the Historic Town of Appleby in Westmorland near Penrith.
